On-Campus Interview Program

Who is Eligible to Participate?

OCI is open to ALL currently enrolled CSUF students. 研究生和毕业后6个月内的校友可以根据雇主的决定参加. 如欲申请实习，请参阅本处招聘启事，以了解所需班级水平的详情。.

How Do I Get Started?

  1. Have your resume reviewed at the Drive-Thru desk.
  2. 把你的简历上传到Titan Connection的文档标签下.
  3. Review the interview schedule, research company profiles, 把你的简历提交给公司考虑，并报名参加面试.
  4. Utilize InterviewPrep located HERE to practice your interviewing skills.

From the home page of your Titan Connection account, from the top level menu, select the "Jobs" and then select, the drop-down menu, "Show Me" (directly below the keyword search field).  Next select "All Interviews". You should now see all the Interviews.

What's the difference between Pre-Select and Open?

Pre-Select 允许你向雇主提交简历，前提是你符合职位要求. 雇主将审查收到的所有简历，并选择要面试的学生.

Open 允许你直接进入雇主的日程安排, 选择一个合适的时间段，报名参加面试. 大多数面试安排每天最多有12个面试时间. 根据招聘信息，任何符合雇主要求的人都可以报名参加面试.

我什么时候可以提交简历并报名参加面试?

每个面试时间表都有一个特定的简历提交和面试报名时间. 请定期检查，以免错过关键的截止日期.

我如何知道我是否被选中参加预选面试?

你必须经常检查你的电子邮件或通过Titan connect查看你的状态，以获得面试邀请的通知. Once you receive this notification, 立即通过Titan Connection注册面试时间. Time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis; the sooner you sign up, the more time options you'll have.

Where are the interviews and when should I arrive?

所有OCI面试都在Langsdorf Hall 208 (LH 208)就业中心举行。. 请在预定的面试时间前至少15分钟到达. 带几份简历和其他材料去面试.

What if I need to cancel an interview?

What if I miss a scheduled interview?

When will I hear back after the interview?

在学期结束之前，你可能不会听到任何消息. 直接与雇主联系，了解你的状况.

如果我被录用了，我应该怎么处理其他的面试呢?

Once you accept a job offer, 你有职业和道德上的义务取消所有其他面试，并通知你已经面试过的任何其他雇主.

一旦一个职位被接受了，继续面试是不专业的. Reneging, 或者拒绝一份你已经接受的工作可能会给你的职业生涯带来严重的后果, 并对CSUF及其伦理原则产生负面影响.
